Shooting, Dribbling Drill

During a game with more often than not spending no more than 5% of it on the ball, we need to be sure that when we do, it is with decision and precision. This drill calls on the player to demonstrate ball control by completing a course requiring proficient shooting and dribbling skills to complete in the quickest time.
A proficient player should be able to call upon multiple pre-trained moves together at any given time throughout the drill.
The combination of time and errors show Ball Control, Agility, Flexibility, Mobility, Coordination & Balance at speed.
